Explain in brief about Life style modification
Life style modification in simpler words, means diet control and doing exercises. Diet control and exercise should be planned on individual basis. Patients should be counselled properly, in order to modify and continue taking modified diet and to do exercise on regular basis. Counselling of the patients is very important because patient has to continue taking modified diet and do exercises for entire life. Hence, it is important to motivate the patient for life tyle modification, so that blood sugar level is controlled.
