Assignment Help:

One of the constants in organizations is the presence of change. In almost all change scenarios, human behaviour is impacted. However, organizational members often resist change. Why do people resist change? From your personal experience and research, identify five to seven reasons why change is resisted. Provide examples from your organization or an organization that you know. Also, identify a strategy of leading and managing change. In other words, how would you go about overcoming the resistance to change and generating positive organizational behaviour? Based on your findings, write a three- to four-page paper in APA format.
