Choosing a social project of your choice, use the SWOT analysis and Force Field Analysis Techniques to scope the project explaining what are feasible and what are not in the circumstances.

Show different roles people can play while being part of a project team and how you are going to use them to the best interest of a project of which you are a project manager.

Understanding the culture of a project team can have a significant impact on the success of implementing plans. One way to classify team cultures is broadly to classify them as being closed cultures, partly-open cultures and fully open cultures.

Using an organization/project of which you have experience, illustrate whether the project culture is a closed one, partly opened one or a fully opened. Your answer should explain why you consider your organization/project culture to better fit one of these cultures.
