Explain Critical Path.

This is that sequence of activities that decide the complete project duration. Critical Path is formed by critical activities. This path consumes maximum resources.  This is the longest path and consumes maximum time. It has Zero float. The expected end dates cannot be met, when even one critical activity is delayed. A dummy activity joining two critical activities is also termed as a critical activity.  A critical path reveals such activities that must be manipulated by several means or the other, when the scheduled completion dates are to be met.
