Hygiene Factors:
Maslow’s require Hierarchy Theory upon Motivation has been modified through Fredrick Herzberg and his relates. Their research purports to determine a two-factor theory of motivation. Within one group of requirements are all things as administration and policy, working conditions, supervision, interpersonal relations, status, salary, job security and personal life. Such were determined by Herzberg and his relates to be only dissatisfies and not motivators. Conversely, if they exist into a work environment into high quality and quantity, they yield no dissatisfaction. Existence of that does not motivate into the sense of yielding satisfaction, although their lack of existence would, but, result into dissatisfaction. Such were considered to as ‘hygiene Factors’.
