How is a network diagram constructed?

A network (critical path) diagram constructed by:

• Needs a pencil, ruler and 2P coin or some stencil otherwise coin for an ideal circle!

• Drawn by left to right for example A4 page landscape good than portrait

• Tasks or activities are represented through arrows will always have one beginning circle (before the arrow) as well as single finishing circle (after the arrow)

• Numerically label circles exhibits for example circle 1, 2 and 3 and more.

• No crossing of lines to ignore poor communication

• Finish the earliest event time for every activity, into the preceding circle, to each activity, when completing the demonstration, working by left to right

• Numerically label circles for every one exhibited for example circle 1, 2 and 3 etc.

• Finish the latest event time for every activity into the succeeding (or given) circle to every activity. The LET cannot be known till you have found the elapsed time of the project first, thus the recording of recent event times, would be the last thing you do to finish the diagram.

Work start from right to left in the diagram to compute every activities latest event times (LET).
