Explain about the Spiral Model

This model can be considered as the model that combines the strengths of various other models. Conventional software development processes don't take uncertainties into account. Vital software projects have failed due to unforeseen risks. Other models view the software process asa linear activity while this model considers it as a spiral process. Thesis made by representing iterative development cycle as an expanding spiral.
