 A metal ring stand and rings

A useful ring stand and rings can be made from a flat curtain rod and the fixtures which clamp over electric
bulbs to hold lamp shades. These are usually obtainable in hardware stores. The curtain rod is shaped as
shown in the diagram.

The curtain rod consists of two pieces fitted to slide together so that they are adjustable for curtains of
different width
