Dismantle crank case and explode main shaft, counter shaft, gear shifter drum and kick spindle assembly and check sequence of parts fitment while dismantling: Check all gear teeth using magnifying glass for teeth condition, shifter fork claw thickness, and shifter fork I.D, dog teeth and slot condition, sliding gear movement on main and counter shaft. Shifter drum O.D. Kick pinion movement on kick spindle, thrust washer and cir-clip condition.
