  • The tube from mouth up to anus is called alimentary canal.
  • Alimentary canal of man is about 9 meter and rabbit is about 6 meter.
  • Digestive system consists of bucco pharyngeal cavity & alimentary canal.

BUCCO PHARYNGEAL CAVITY

Buccal cavity extended upto pharynx & attached to it by oro-pharynx isthmus.

It consists of - Mouth, Buccal cavity, Tongue, Salivary gland, Teeth, Pharynx.
