Determine the deciding factor with respect to legislature

Party with most votes has been in control of the legislature, so the deciding factor with respect to legislature is the majority of votes of the legislate. When parties do not have specific policy preferences, i.e., they are non-ideological, both coalition groups in legislature adopt the median voting. Under these conditions two questions arise.

- How far such majorization of vote of legislate reflect the policy preferences of legislates reflect the policy preference of original voters?

- As to the extent that such majorization of votes of legislates does not reflect the policy perfumes of the original voters, how the two, i.e., legislates and their others adjust their behaviour.
