Burnt Hotels wants - a consistent compensation approach for expats that will support their international expansion.

1, Identify which compensation approach you believe is best? (Going rate approach or the balance sheet approach) Describe the approach you choose and C - detail the advantages and disadvantages of this approach as they relate specifically to the hotel management position in France.
