Signal x[n] is time-shifted by m samples (delay in time) giving x[n - m]. This signal is then reversed at n = 0 giving x [- n - m].

Signal x[n] is time-reversed at n = 0 giving x[-n]. This signal is then shifted by -m samples (advance in time) giving x[-[n + m]] or x[-n - m].
