Define the term 'complexity of an algorithm;
Complexity of an algorithm is the calculate of analysis of algorithm. Analyzing an algorithm means predicting the resources that the algorithm needs such as memory, communication bandwidth, logic gates and time. Most often it is computational time that is calculated for finding a more suitable algorithm. This is called as time complexity of the algorithm. The running time of a program is defined as a function of the size of its input.
A binary tree in which if all its levels except possibly the last, have the maximum number of nodes and all the nodes at the last level appear as far left as possible, is called as
Write the algorithm for compound interest
Write the algorithm for Binary search. Also apply this algorithm on the following data. 22, 44, 11, 88, 33, 55, 77, 66
Q. Devise a representation for a given list where insertions and deletions can be made at both the ends. Such a structure is called Deque (which means Double ended queue). Write fu
As we have seen, as the traversal mechanisms were intrinsically recursive, the implementation was also easy through a recursive procedure. Though, in the case of a non-recursive me
Explain about Franklin Algorithm We mentioned how the number of possible comparisons of polygons grows as the square of the number of polygons in the scene. Many of the hidden-
1. Write a pseudocode algorithm to print the numbers from 1 to 10, and then from 10 to 1, using exactly one loop. 2. The function contains() takes a food as an argument and tell
You are given an undirected graph G = (V, E) in which the edge weights are highly restricted. In particular, each edge has a positive integer weight of either {1,2,...,W}, where W
We have discussed already about three tree traversal methods in the earlier section on general tree. The similar three different ways to do the traversal -inorder , preorder, and p
Q. Let X = (X1, X2, X3,....Xn) and Y= (Y1, Y2, Y3,....Xm) be the two linked lists respectively. Write down an algorithm to merge the lists together to get the linked list Z such th
