This type of Intranet in an organisation extends to everyone the capability to review or update information that would normally be placed on an organisation Bulletin Board, such as, a calendar of events, a status board, pictures of events or employees, policy changes, etc. It just acts like a broadcast system or notice board of the company in which updates mayor may not be frequent.
