Define about the Types of indicators?
The various types of indicators used are:
(i) Acid-base indicators
(ii) Redox indicators
(iii) Metal ion indicators
(iv) Precipitation or coloured complex ion indicators.
The choice of an indicator depends upon the type of reaction involved in the titration. You will be using most of these indicators in the titrations included in this manual.
