The community element requires attention, organisation and also nurturing. The members of the community might choose to join together to help each other and share the information. The relationships will develop between the community members which will facilitate learning from each other. The following questions will help in answering questions on community to find the particular ways to operate and also build the relationships and also to grow:

  • What are the roles the people like to play?
  • How often will the community have to meet and how will the members connect to the ongoing basis?
  • What are the kinds of activities which will generate the energy and develop the trust?
  • How can the community balance the requirements of the different segments of members?
  • How will the members deal with the conflict? How will the newcomers be introduced into the community?
