Categories of Reflection - Ray Tracing Methods

In order to achieve realism, such phenomenon of reflection, which occurs because of interaction of light and surface, is required to be implemented through different ray tracing techniques and the other tools. Although, the usage of tools depends upon types of reflection:

  • Ambient Reflection
  • Diffuse Reflection
  • Specular Reflection
