Algorithms for Identification of Observable Objects

There are various algorithms for identification of observable objects for various types of applications. Several methods need more memory, several involve more processing time, and several apply only to particular types of objects. Deciding upon a process for a particular application can depend upon such factors like the complication of the scene, kind of objects to be displayed, accessible equipment and if static or animated displays are to be produced. These needs have encouraged the development of carefully structured observable surface algorithms.
