Advantages of Field Study:

a. They are close to real and they cannot be criticized on the group that they are remote from real settings or are artificial. Field studies are more socially significant then other type of study.

b. In real settings variable exert their influence fully and as such the strength of variables is another advantage of field studies.

c. Field studies are also strong in their heuristic quality.
