3. Discuss the connection between anaerobic and aerobic respiration when describing how a muscle cell uses energy.
4. Distinguish between a strain and a sprain.
5. List 10 skeletal muscles and determine by which criteria each muscle derived it's name.
You should categorize them by size, location, number of origins, shape, direction of the muscle fibers, action, and/or origin/insertion points. An example has been given.
Ex: The deltoid muscle is named after it's triangular shape.
6. Provide 3 examples of muscles that are antagonist to one another and state what each muscle's action is.
Ex: The Biceps brachii and Triceps brachii are antagonists. The Biceps brachii flexes the upper arm and the Triceps brachii extends the upper arm.
7. Write a 2 to 3 paragraph report on the effects of Cerebral Palsy. Include symptoms, prognosis, diagnosis, and treatment options for this disease.
