Her symptoms started about a week ago. She tried Mucinex DM since the onset of the symptoms and feels it has been helping her; the last dose ofMucinex DM was this morning. She reports that she has mild shortness of breath with coughing, which was only one episode yesterday. She localizes having headaches on this right side but denies any temporal or ethmoidal sinus tenderness. Denies having nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, or wheezing. No fevers or chills.She states she is drinking plenty of fluids and trying to maintain good hydration. Today, she is feeling better, but not 100% better.
