Write about motivation theory and how this applies to your life in your goal to finish your degree. Two types of motivators often discussed in organizational psychology are: intrinsic (internal or inherent) motivation and extrinsic (external) motivation.

There are certain tasks where extrinsic motivation is needed, like for a task that requires a short turnaround around but for long-term goals, intrinsic motivation is needed, where the reward is either far away or not in sight at all. Which style of motivation works for you in achieving your goals, and how do you motivate others? What has worked for you and why?
