Question: Need to write a personal plan for becoming a chief HR manager in the next 10 years. TOPIC
I am in my last semester doing masters course with specialization in HR. we need to write a personal plan which includes SWOT analysis on how we are going to achieve our goal of becoming a chief Human Resource Manager in 10 years time frame. Hence, my first stage will be to find a job in HR by 2024 and gain some experience there. In 2026, I will become an HR administrator and obtain my CPHR certificate. In 2033, I should be promoted and hopefully, become a senior manager.

To sum up the ideas, my goal is to become a chief HR officer, but a goal without a plan is just a wish. So, I should implement all these tools to help me to achieve my goal.

Papers are expected to be 10 to 15 pages, double-spaced in APA 7 format. The paper should include the following:
