Your organization is experiencing tremendous growth and based on your projections you will need to hire an additional 5 managers in the upcoming year. You have chosen to fill these positions internally:

1. Form an organization of your choice and explain the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

2. Write a job description for the manager position.

3. Focus on an internal replacement chart that will identify a minimum of 20 employees and use a legend that indicates the various stages that these employees are in in terms of readiness to fill these manager positions.

4. Identify any potential training that might be required by some or all of these employees before being able to fill the management position. Include all methods, costs, and timelines of training.

5. Identify and justify which candidates were chosen to fill the management positions.
