Doreen is working on a project with Company XYZ. Because of the scope of work, the contractor (Acme) has requested that a technical expert be available to address questions at their weekly meeting. Doreen attends Acme's weekly meetings via telephone and has done so for the past 3 months. Robert, an Acme employee, asks if XYZ still requires the testing report from work done a week ago. Doreen hesitates to answer but says "conditionally, yes." What should Doreen do next? She should check the files for a similar testing report. Doreen should send an e-mail to Robert with the correct requirement from the contract. She should send Robert an e-mail agreeing no report is necessary. Doreen should call the project manager.
