In this discussion, you are going to analyze their use in research and see their actual application in different healthcare settings. For your first post, you will need to select one of the research reports on a quality initiative in your required resources that uses root-cause analysis (RCA), failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), or plan-do-study-act (PDSA). If you prefer, you can also choose a different research report that uses one of those three problem-solving frameworks.
