1) Why is therapy not a one-size-fits all treatment plan? Why are some treatments better for some while other types of therapy are better for others?

2) What kinds of (cultural, racial, and gender) stigmas are there around getting professional psychological help? How did you grow up with regard to your family's opinions about to therapy? How did that affect you and your ability to seek professional emotional help if you need?

3) Choose one disorder that interests you the most and do a deep dive into treatment of that disorder - research how it was treated in the past and what the best treatments are for that disorder today and why.
