- A wound leg culture comes in and after 24 hrs incubation, few grey beta hemolytic colonies and moderate dry alpha hemolytic colonies were both seen on blood agar. Gramstain showed gram positive cocci in chains and long gram positive rods respectively.Before doing further testing, what possible organisms would you suspect?
