Why Empirical Knowledge supersedes Religious Beliefs. and this is my conclusion Every nurse has the right to exercise their religious beliefs. However, these beliefs should not interfere in their practice while administering care. Nurses should therefore strive to strike a balance between empirical knowledge which guides their execution while being impartial in adapting religious beliefs so as not to have bigotry based on religion. Nursing and ethical dilemmas come hand in hand thus nurses should equip themselves with tools to handle such cases and develop the discipline needed to become professionals.
