• Why do you think people normally perceive change negatively?
• Do you think that leadership cares about how change impacts their employee, or have they decided to ignore the issue because change is so constant?
• Why do changes to compensation packages require a God- and people-honoring mindset and change process?
• How would keep your change management skills fresh and aligned with current marketplace trends?

Explain how you perceive change and provide specific examples of times when you personally experienced change that was led in both a positive and negative way. Keeping compensation packages up-to-date requires a commitment to constant research and willingness to implement change. Two of the key roles of ministry and non-profit leaders are to manage change for the organization and create fair and legal compensation packages. Ministry and non-profit leaders must be willing to manage change carefully when it comes to implementing new, externally generated mandates and compensation package updates.
