The situation is that you have three team members that are not getting along together. Their communication has broken down and the clients they care for have notices and it is distressing them. one client has come forward in person with their complaint about how the staff members are treating each other. one of the team members has been making distasteful jokes in the lunchroom about a couple of the clients with dementia and it has really upset the other two team member to the point that they have banded together and wont speak to the offending team member. the situation needs to be resolved, hence you are arranging a meeting with your staff.
