Josh started his first wait staff job at a local restaurant in Brisbane. Some of the kitchen staff appear to be annoyed with his little experience in the industry and instead of trying to assist him they just ignore him and do not prioritize his food orders. This leaves Josh frustrated as most of his food orders are delayed which interferes with his ability to satisfy his customers. He has not approached his manager, Henry, about the situation, though Henry has picked up on a change in his behaviour and overheard adverse comments made by the kitchen staff about Josh. Josh has become very quiet and does not interact with anyone at the job. He avoids attending any team events outside the job.
