You work at a popular local cafe and one of your regular customers has posted a negative google review about one of your team members. The customer is well known to you and the review is a shock to you. The customer has complained that the team member was rude, unprofessional and he had never experienced that level of service at the café. The team member also has just found out about the review and is rather upset about the whole situation. She is angry and has started complaining about the customer being too sensitive and that they have not done anything wrong.
