Analyze and critique positively he following passage "Hospitals face regulatory compliance with their accrediting agencies, from which standards are derived from government rules and regulations. The Affordable Care Act introduced insurance to those that may not have had it before, allowing them to get healthcare where otherwise it was inaccessible. In addition to population growth, hospitals are overburdened with those that are seeking healthcare. With increasing pressure to deliver quality care at a lower price, hospitals must figure out how to follow the rules without cutting corners to save costs for consumers and increase the quality-of-care delivery to patients with the same number of staff. Adding more staff would increase costs both to the hospital and to the patient. Quality looks different for staff too, where they are expecting average to above-average pay with fair benefits to compensate for the risks they face in caring for the sick population."
