Recent research indicates that two-thirds of American companies believe that managerial change is their biggest challenge. Moreover, 80 percent reported that some form of change initiative (most related to HR issues) is currently going on in their companies. The fact that most fail is apparently not a deterrent. Do you agree with this statement? Why or why not? What can be done to overcome change resistance which seems to be an innate in human nature?
