17 year old female post-operative left ACL reconstruction and left lateral meniscal tear repair yesterday (05-30) on oxycodone, Valium, and aspirin who presented to the ED with severe left knee pain not responsive to prescribed pain medications and a fever of 100.9 degrees Fahrenheit. Cognition intact and appropriate for age. Patient is currently experiencing a 7 pain.
