Mohammad and Zana are coworkers on the same team. Mohammad has been arguing with Zana in almost every recent committee meeting. According to what you know about the conflict in organizations, what should Zana do first: Check in with coworkers to see if others' are having the same issue with Mohammad. not escalate the conflict even more and set the issue aside unless it happens more. Let Mohammad know via email that she is worried about how their committee meetings have been going, and she would like to set up some time to talk.
