Respiratory Medications Case Study

Mrs. McDaniels, age 38, presented to the emergency department 2 weeks ago with wheezing and difficulty breathing that lasted almost 45 minutes. She was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with status asthmaticus. She was treated and went home 2 days later. At discharge, she was given a new prescription for albuterol and montelukast. She is now seeing her healthcare provider for a follow up visit.

1. While talking to Mrs. McDaniels about her current health she states "I feel more restless than usual since I got out of the hospital. I am having trouble sleeping." What follow up questions should you ask her at this time?
