Lisa was recently promoted from lead server to manager at a full service restaurant. Lisa has never managed before, but she has worked at the restaurant for several years and she gets along well with her coworkers, some of them are good friends. Lisa is sure that because she knows everyone and they are friends that everyone will do their job and she won't have to tell them what to do. However; things are not going the way she thought they would. James, one of her servers has been coming to work with a dirty apron and he is not prepared for his shift. Michel has started coming in late, and Joy has not been getting the prep work done on time.
