An amplifier is to have an input of 100watts. Its effeciency is 75%, what is the maximum ambient temperature wherein this amplifier may be placed with a maximum junction temperature of 200degC and a junction to case thermal resistance of 5degC/watt, the case to heat sink grease has a thermal resistance of 0.08degC/watt and the heat sink is rated at 1degC/watt thermal resistance.

How does the above change if a 30degC margin is required for the max junction temperature?
