Your small community hospital serves an aging population that has needed diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of health conditions.  The medical staff has asked for a report that details the incidence and prevalence rates for diabetes, cancer, and arthritis for the past 3 years.  It is your responsibility to collect the information and calculate the rates for each. The mid-interval population for 2013 was 55,000, for 2014 it was 56,000, and for 2015 it was 55,000.
