A thin, flexible rod of length L=10 cm carries charge Q=91 N/C uniformly along its length. The rod is then bent into a semi-circle. What is the magnitude of the electric field at the center. Picture a circle and it's center, then remove half the circle, keep the "center" in the same spot and this is the figure shown in the problem.
