Smitha is conflicted in her current role. She is the Senior Manager for People and Development at an organisation whose principal focus is to develop projects that deliver positive outcomes to preschool foster children. She has been involved with this company for the last 5 years and really enjoys her job. Whilst her remuneration package is not substantial, her real reward, from her perspective, is the smile that she sees on these children's faces when these programmes are put in place.
