Pt is allergies: penicillin and sulfa

Current medication

Carvedilol 25 mg BID

The physician order: morphine 5 mg IM for as needed moderate to severe pain every 4 hrs administering carvedilol as your po med (it comes in 12.5mg tabs) and morphine 5mg as your IM med (it comes as 5mg per ml)
