We are currently in Week 7 of Q1 2019
You are CSO of a long-standing account within the Liverpool Sales Centre
The account has been performing fairly consistently over the past 2 years, hitting the majority of Client Performance Targets
The Client's contract was due for renewal at the end of Q1 2019, and they have just signed on for another 1 year extension
We currently perform a Revenue Retention motion on this account, however despite some new complimentary product launches the Client is having difficulties growing their business and so our install base is remaining fairly static
The task - The EMEA President of Customer Success has questioned the Direct Margin decrease in forecast from FY2019 to FY2018
