2. What is the Mission statement of the Unit or institution in which you are assigned for clinical?

3. What is shared governance? Does your preceptor participate in any shared governance activities in the unit you are assigned. If so, what are they? If not, Why? No opportunity, no time, staffing issues, etc.

4. Do you think your clinical site is influenced by systems or chaos theory and why.

5. Provide a synopsis of your clinical week with your preceptor or current clinical area. Include clinical skills, types of patients, evidence-based practice, and your thoughts and feelings regarding the experience.
