Lester is a 31-year-old male living with schizoaffective disorder. He resides in a group home and requires assistance for his activities of daily living. He was recently hospitalized with acute psychosis after he stopped taking chlorpromazine. In the hospital he was transitioned to olanzapine, but he is still exhibiting some extrapyramidal symptoms. He is now enrolled in a mental health transitional day program to help him transition back into the community and regain his former level of independence.
