Assignment: Your organization is currently seeing a lot of turnover. A lot of employees are leaving because they can find better opportunities elsewhere and mid-level managers have almost 50% of their teams as new hires within the past 6 months.

Traditionally your organization has used the 360 Degree Feedback method for Performance Appraisals but with half their teams composed of new employees, the managers want to have a different method that doesn't take a lot of time and gives their employees useful feedback.

Question:

1. What would be a faster method of assessing employee performance that you would recommend in this situation and why?

2. Based on the method you choose, please provide at least 2 items that you would include in this appraisal to evaluate the team's performance, that will be applicable to both the employees who have been here a while as well as for the new hires.
