Discussion 1.
My current goal is to find a good balance between cardio and weight training. Also to be consistent with my weight training. Right now, I tend to lean more towards cardio and will commit to weight training, but only for a few weeks at a time.
My future goals will hopefully look different if I can meet my current goal. Once I am consistent with weight training, my future goals will turn toward the weight I am lifting and the reps I am doing.

What is one of your current goals when it comes to weight training?
When it comes to weight training, my main goal is to be able to lift more weights and perfect my form. I understand that form is very important when working out.
How do you think your future goals might be different from your current goals?
Currently, I can't lift too heavy, and when I work out without a trainer, I tend to make mistakes with regard to my form. Once I get back with my personal trainer next week, I will have help reaching my goals.

My current goal is to keep working out and staying motivated during my pregnancy so I don't lose focus on my overall goals for my body and fitness level.
I think my future goals, will be harder with trying to get my body and fitness back to how I want it to be. I just have to remember to take one step at a time to achieve my overall goals for my body.
